The Business - Financial Services Diploma prepares students to write the Applied Financial Planning Certification examination which is necessary to obtain the Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) designation. Personal Financial Planner (PFP®) Designation In addition, students must also meet the two-year work experience requirements to be eligible for CFP licensing. Students successfully completing this Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC) Accredited Education program and who wish to receive the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation must pass the CFP Accreditation exam which is scheduled in June and December of each year.
